and her depression without choice
tells them of her family
and if they care to hear her voice

all the memories come back to me
all the memories, close but far away
they help me realize
what made me run away

Expand your mind

Undaunted curiosity

To me, it not only speaks of undaunted curiosity, but also of having the guts to seek out the unknown.  The future is never certain, and often we have incomplete information before setting out on something new.  Its is with guts and the childish nature of wanting to find out what’s out there, that sets apart the explorer and the unwilling traveller who simply has to move along with the flow of life.

Critical thinking

The best students are those who never quite believe their professors.  However, one ought not to reject the data merely because one does not like what the data implies.
